浅谈我厂氯气处理系统的技术改进

摘　　要：改造氯气处理工序,将氯气间接冷却改为闭路循环氯水间接冷却;氯气压缩和输送由纳氏泵系统改为透平压缩系统;并更新部分设备。改造后工艺合理、流程简单、能耗降低,且设备的腐蚀减弱。Chlorine treatment process is modified by changing indirect cooling of chlorine liquid into closed cycling and indirect cooling of chlorine,using turbo compression system for transportation of chlorine compressors instead of Nash pump system,and renewing some equipment.It makes the modified process more reasonable and simple,energy consumption lower,and equipment anticorrosion stronger.
