摘　　要：文章对城市电网规划的目的、内容和意义作了简要的介绍 ,分析了城网规划工作的特点、困难性及其所面临的新形势。为了适应新的城市电网规划需求 ,文中提到了认知系统工程在城市电网规划中的应用 ,并分析了人在规划中的作用与决策环境的认知适应性。另外 ,还介绍了各种新技术如地理信息系统和人工智能算法等在规划工作中的应用 。This paper firstly introduced the purpose,content and meaning of urban power distribution sysˉtem planning,and then analysed the characteristics,difficulties of the planning and new challenges that faced.In order to overcome this,the paper refers to cognitive system engineering and its application in the planning,and then analyses the action of human in the planning and cognitive adaptability decision-making.In addition,this paper introduces kinds of new technology such as GIS,artificial intelligence algorithms and their applications in the planning.Lastly,the paper analyses the expectations of the planning in future.
