摘 要:选择经同期发情且同期受孕,在妊娠90d时健康的苏尼特母羊27只,以4种营养水平(ME:0.20、0.33、0.44、0.86MJ/(kgW0.75·d)分组饲养。分娩后,其27只羔羊在原来4组的基础上,各组又分为补料组( ′、 ′、 ′、 ′组)和不补料组( 、 、 、 组),进行补偿生长试验,研究妊娠后期不同营养水平限制饲养母羊对其羔羊补偿生长期血中胰岛素、T3、T4浓度的影响。结果表明:补料各限制组羔羊( ′、 ′、 ′)在出生后90d时血中胰岛素浓度超过对照组( ′)水平。不补料各限制组羔羊( 、 、 )血中胰岛素在出生后150d时超过对照组( )水平。在90~180d,补料组和不补料各组羔羊血中胰岛素浓度变化平稳,而且基本处于同一水平。无论是补料组还是不补料组羔羊从出生后40~120d,血中T3、T4浓度都维持在较低水平,各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。但120d后,补料组T3、T4浓度比不补料组上升缓慢。In this study, 27 ewes,oestrus occurred at scheduled time and became pregnant, were randomly divided into 4 groups which were given respectively(ME:0.20 MJ/kgW^(0.75)/d,G1; 0.33 MJ/kgW^(0.75)/d, G2; 0.44 MJ/kgW^(0.75)/d, G3; 0.86 MJ/kgW^(0.75)/d, CG)at late pregnancy (90~150 days). Based on the four groups after parturition,their 27 lambs were futher divided into eight groups. The lambs inⅠ′,Ⅱ′,Ⅲ′and Ⅳ′groups were supplemented with concentrate from 6 to 16 weeks, while those in Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were supplemented nothing. The mean insulin,T_3,T_4 concentrations in serum were analyzed to study the effect of different undernutrition received by ewes at late pregnancy on the concentrations in compensatory growth and the function to compensatory growth. The results showed that the mean serum insulin concentrations of the lambs inⅠ′,Ⅱ′,Ⅲ′groups were higher than those in the control group(Ⅳ′) on 90 days after birth; However, at 150 days after birth the mean serum insulin concentrations of the lambs inⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups were higher than those of lambs in the control group(Ⅳ). From d90 to d180, the serum insulin concqentrations both in groupsⅠ′,Ⅱ′,Ⅲ′and in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ varied at a similar level. The mean serum T_3、T_4 concentrations of the lambs both inⅠ′,Ⅱ′,Ⅲ′groups and in Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups were keeping low from 40 to 120 days after birth, and in all groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); After 120 days, the concentrations of each group was rising, however, the rise of T_3,T_4 concentrations in Ⅰ′,Ⅱ′,Ⅲ′groups was slower than that in Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups.
