摘 要:在酸性条件下用正硅酸乙酯 (TEOS)和苯基三乙氧基硅 (PTES)直接缩合制备了苯基改性的中孔分子筛Ph SBA 15 ,并用紫外光谱、红外光谱、X射线衍射、透射电镜和核磁共振等对改性后的样品进行了表征 .结果表明 ,在 30 0℃下焙烧后 ,模板剂被脱除 ,而苯基可完整保留 ,苯基改性的SBA 15分子筛具有有序结构 .进一步用氯磺酸磺化改性后 ,可得到苯磺酸化的分子筛 ,其酸度可达 4 19mmol/g.The phenyl-modified SBA-15 (Ph-SBA-15) mesoporous molecular sieve was synthesized by one-step synthesis method involving co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and phenyltriethoxysilane (PTES) in the presence of a poly(alkylene oxide) block copolymer PEO 20PPO 70PEO 20(P123) under acidic condition. When the sample was calcined at 300 ℃ for 10 h, the phenyl groups were still stable and the template P123 was completely removed. After sulfonation, the sulfonic groups were introduced into the Ph-SBA-15 molecular sieve. The structure and properties of the phenyl-modified mesoporous molecular sieve and the sulphonated product (HSO 3-Ph-SBA-15) were characterized by XRD, TEM, MAS NMR, IR and UV-Vis techniques. The Ph-SBA-15 and HSO 3-Ph-SBA-15 featured well-ordered hexagonal arrays of mesopores and the pore channels were similar to those in pure SBA-15. The HSO 3-Ph-SBA-15 behaved as the mesopores, with very homogeneous pore diameter of 5 7 nm. The introduced phenyl groups can be determined based on the absorption peaks in IR and UV-Vis spectra. The phenyl groups were stably connected in the silicon-wall, and the other organic compounds such as the template P123 were completely removed from the molecular sieve. The acid content was 4 19 mmol/g in HSO 3-Ph-SBA-15, whereas no acidity could be tested in pure SBA-15.
