摘  要:某些设计为带基本负荷的大型汽轮发电机组被要求参与电网调峰,因此,分析机组在变工况下运行的经济性尤为重要。以沙角A电厂300MW机组为研究对象,分析其在调峰负荷下顺序阀控制与单阀控制的经济性和滑压运行的经济性。经分析计算,顺序阀控制方式较单阀控制方式的热耗率要低。最后,确定了机组在给定负荷下最佳滑压运行的主蒸汽压力,理论计算和试验结果表明,最佳滑压运行主蒸汽压力基本相同。Some large steam turbo-generator sets designed to carry basic load are required to participate in power grid peak-load regulation. Therefore, the economic analysis of units during variable parameter operation is of great importance. This paper deals with a 300 MW unit in Shajiao A Power Station, comparing the economy of sequential valve control and throttling control during peaking operation, and analyzing the economy of its sliding pressure operation. The calculation results show that the heat rate of sequential valve control mode is lower than throttling control mode. At last, the main steam pressure during optimum sliding pressure operation of the unit at a given load is determined, and the theoretically calculated and the tested main steam pressures during optimum sliding pressure operation are basically the same.
