摘　　要：阐述了高校人事档案管理工作的重要作用,针对高校人事档案管理中存在的问题,提出了加强人事档案管理工作的措施,并探讨了高校人事档案信息资源的开发利用。This paper expounds the important functions of university's personne l records, and in the light of the problems existing in the management of univer sity's personnel records, puts forward some measures for strengthening the manag ement of university's personnel records, and briefly probes into the development and utilization of the information resources of university's personnel records.
