摘　　要：采用文献资料法和访问调查法,对体育教师的人格心理构成与培养进行了深入研究。体育教师优秀人格的培养,应在学习中华民族优秀分子的人格思想、积极投身社会实践活动、加强人文知识学习和与人建立正常的交往等方面加强修养。Applying documentation,interviews and investigation,the authors studied the psychological components and cultivation of P.E. teachers' personality. P.E. teachers' excellent personality can be formed in studying Chinese famous people's thoughts of their moral qualities,actively devoting themselves into social practice,reinforcing the study of humanities and getting along well with people.
