体育院系部分毕业生与体育教师标准的差距分析

摘　　要：通过对武汉地区3所体育院系毕业班学生和7所普通大、中学校学生及专任体育教师的调查,发现体育院系培养的部分毕业生所具备的知识和能力与当前普通学校体育教学对教师的要求之间在某些方面有着一定的差距,并分析了造成这种人才"产销不对路"的原因,提出了解决问题的建议。Through an investigation of the graduates in three institutes of P.E. and students from seven colleges and middle schools and P.E. teachers in Wuhan,the author found that the knowledge and ability owned by graduates from institutes and departments of P.E. could not meet with the requirements for teachers in P.E. teaching in some aspects. Suggestions for solving the problems were provided.
