不同类型高水平竞技体育队伍管理主体目标结构特征的分析与比较

摘　　要：基于我国高水平竞技体育队伍管理主体目标设置情况的调查,对主要6类管理主体目标子系统的设置情况、各类管理主体之间的目标设置冲突等问题进行了分析和比较,并对未来我国各类型高水平竞技体育队伍管理主体目标设置的发展趋势作出了预测。Basing on the investigation of target establishment of the management main body of Chinese high-level competitive sports teams,the authors analyzed and compared the establishment of the sub-system of the main six management main body,conflict of the target establishment (between) the (management) main bodies and had a prediction of the development tendency of target establishment of the management main body of Chinese high-level competitive sports teams of (different) types in the future.
