摘  要:用改进的TRPO流程进行了从动力堆乏燃料后处理高放废液模拟料液中去除锕系元素的串级实验验证。流程中采用了模拟料液中镎的电解还原调价,以提高镎的去除效果。当料液酸度为1mol/l HNO_3时,经过几级萃取能有效地去除模拟料液中>99.9%的镅、钚、镎、铀。改进了早期采用氨羧络合剂络合反萃锕系元素的流程,采用高酸、草酸和碳酸钠分别反萃Am+RE,Np+Pu和U,使锕系元素分成三组,它们之间的交叉沾污很小。裂片元素在流程中的行为分成三类,除稀土、钯、锆、钼随锕系元素共萃外,其他裂片被部分萃取或不被萃取。文中给出了锕系元素和Tc在各级中的浓度剖面,也给出了它们和裂片元素在各物流中的分布。The improved TRPO Process for the removal of actinide elements from high level radioactive waste was verified by multistage countercurrent cascade experiment with synthetic HAW solution. Neptunium valence is adjusted to Np(Ⅳ by electrolytic reduction in order to improve neptunium removal efficiency. When nitric acid concentration of feed solution is 1 mol/l, more than 99.9%Am, Pu, Np and U can be recovered from synthetic HAW solution after a few stage extraction with 30% TRPO-kerocene. The stripping of actinides loaded in TRPO is accomplished by high concentration nitric acid, oxalic acid and sodium carbonate solutions instead of aminocarhoxylic complexing agents used in early process. The actinides stripped are divided into three groups: Am+RE, Np+Pu, U and their cross contamination is very little.The F. P. elements fall into three categories:rare earths,Pd, Zr and Mo are coextracted with actinides, other two categories F. P. elements 'are not extracted or slightly extracted. The concentration profiles of actinide elements and Tc in each stages and the relative distribution of actinidesand F.P.elements in process streams are given.
