摘 要:以硝酸铈和钼酸铵为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法和微波加热技术制备了Ce2Mo3O12纳米微粒催化剂,使用XRD、TEM以及BET比表面测试等技术对催化剂进行了表征,研究了Ce2Mo3O12纳米微粒对苯酚-过氧化氢羟基化反应的催化活性,探讨了H2O2/phOH摩尔比、反应介质、反应温度以及反应体系pH等对苯酚羟基化反应活性的影响。实验结果表明:所制备的样品为白钨矿型纳米微粒,粒子的比表面积为74.8m2/g,粒径约为12nm。在所选定的反应条件下,苯酚的转化率达51.6%,苯二酚的产率为51.0%。A novel catalyst, Ce_2Mo_3O_(12), for hydroxylation of phenol with hydrogen peroxide was prepared by heating a gel precursor in microwave oven. The precursor was obtained from Ce(NO_3)_3 and (NH_4)_6Mo_7O_(24) in citric acid. The ultrafine Ce_2Mo_3O_(12) catalyst was characterized by using XRD, TEM and BET surface area measurement methods. The hydroxylation of phenol with H_2O_2 over the sample was studied in detail. The experimental results show that the catalyst has a scheelite type structure with a BET surface area of 74.8 m^2/g and a particle size of 12 nm. Under the reaction conditions:water, solvent, n(H_2O_2)/n(phOH) 1.0; reaction temperature, 343 K; pH 7.0; reaction time, 4 h; the phenol conversion and yield of diphenol are 51.6% and 51.0%, respectively.
