摘 要:为深入研究反应精馏过程,介绍了大型塔板反应精馏的操作过程,并通过对塔板上液体流动分布以及化学反应过程的分析,建立了描述反应精馏过程的二维涡流扩散模型,模型中包括化学反应速率项,并引入液体速度分布函数表示塔板上不均匀速度场的影响.利用有限元法求解数学模型,得到了乙酐水合生成乙酸的反应精馏塔板上的浓度分布,并进一步分析了液相速度分布对应精馏效率的影响.研究结果有助于深入理解大型反应精馏塔板上的传质过程.Mass transfer on a large reactive distillation tray is closely associated with liquid velocity distribution. The establishments of applicable mass transfer models with consideration of liquid velocity and reaction could provide much help to research the complicated process of reactive distillation.A two-dimensional eddy diffusion model is presented which takes account of chemical reaction and non-uniform liquid flow by using a liquid velocity distribution function for simulating the effect of maldistributive liquid velocity on the mass transfer on a large reactive tray.The finite-element method is utilized to solve the model for the reactive distillation process of hydration of acetic anhydride giving the concentration profiles on the tray and analyzing its influence on the efficiency of reactive distillation process.So the model is effective in simulating the mass transfer behavior on a large tray.
