摘　　要：对铜带气垫炉生产线的设备配置和生产线上的张力分段进行了简单的介绍,特别是对小张力控制的多种形式进行了分析论述。并结合某企业的气垫炉生产线上小张力控制的实际情况,介绍了其硬件配置和控制策略框图。本文对生产线上小张力控制的设计与应用有很好的借鉴作用。The paper briefly introduced the equipment configuration of the copper strip air-cushionfurnace product line and the tension subsection case . Specially analyse and discourseupon a lot of forms of the small tension control. Combined a practice instance that smalltension control of air-cushion furnace production line produced by some company, To intro-duced to it's hardware configuration and control strategy frame. This paper to the designand application for the small tension control of production line has good use for reference.
