摘 要:以 SOFIM 2 .5 L涡轮增压中冷柴油机为样机 ,设计了气波增压柴油机进气管。用正交设计优化试验进气管的结构组合 ,并用三维设计软件 UG进行几何建模及结构分析 ,找出质量最小、内腔容积最大的进气管 ,再用 ANSYS软件对其进行流动分析 ,找出平均进气质量流量最大的进气管 ;综合结构优化和流动优化结果 ,确定最终的气波增压柴油机进气管 ,采用快速成型技术制成其模型并在气道试验台上与原管进行稳态流动对比试验。试验结果表明 ,该管比原管进气质量流量平均提高近 7% ,基本可满足气波增压柴油机的要求。Higher NO x emission and smoke during accelerating from a turbo-charged diesel could be mitigated by application of a pressure wave supercharger (PWS) to the diesel. However,the intake manifolds,must be redesigned to meet the requirements of inducing as more and steadier air as possible except for easy mounting. In this paper,intake manifolds from an original SOFIM turbo-charged diesel were taken as a model to design the SOFIM PWS diesel intake manifolds. The orthogonal experimental design method was employed to determine the group of test intake pipes and using 3-D UG graphics,the geometric modeling and structural analysis of the pipes were done to obtain the test pipe with the minimum mass and the biggest inner volume. Based on ANSYS,the analysis of flow characteristics for these pipes was done to obtain the pipe with the largest average flow rate. In combination of the structural and flow analysis,the final optimized pipe was determined for PWS diesel. Finally,the fast prototyped pipe and the original pipe were compared on the steady flow testing rig and the test results showed that a pipe optmized structurally and dynamically could induce air 7 percent more than the original pipe.
