摘　　要：目的　了解老年人的生活条件、生活方式和心理状况 ,以探讨影响老年人身心健康的相关因素。方法　以 6 0岁以上老年人为研究对象 ,在全国 2 5个省 (直辖市 )范围内调查了 12 0 8例 (有效资料为 10 6 7份 )老年人的生活方式与健康情况。结果　 10 6 7例中 ,小学及以下文化程度占 4 7.7% ;老年人中存在许多不良的生活方式 ,饮食不定时、不定量或暴饮暴食的占 2 9.6 % ;不参加身体锻炼的占 2 6 .3% ;吸烟者占 37.0 % ;对生活不满意的占 8.3% ;患病后不及时治疗的占 10 .9% ;不了解及不太了解卫生保健知识的占 75 .9%。老年人的心理状况与生活方式、社会学特征、社会经济条件等因素有相关关系。结论　为改善老年人的身心健康 ,迫切需要提高全社会对老年人的关注 ,加强老年人的健康教育工作 ,提高医疗服务质量。Objective To reveal the relating factors concerning physical and psychological health. Methods 1208 subjected old men more than 60 years old throughout the nation were polled as regard to their living way and psychological conditions. Result 47.7% of those that were polled had the elementary education or the education lower than that.Many elderly had unhealthy habits,such as,about 37.0% of the elderly smoke,about 29.6% of the elderly have irregular diet and 26.3% do little exercises.A number of them were not aware of hygiene and medicare.Quite a few of them are voluntary to see doctors when they fell ill.Even some of them suffered from anxiety and depression in quite various degree. Conclusion Physical and psychological health of the old is associated with many systematic factors,detection and correction of which could lead to substantial improvement.
