摘　　要：该文界定了有机食品的含义 ,分析、预测了其发展现状和前景 ,阐述了其所面临的挑战和对策 ,可为其理论和实践提供一定的参考。The meaning of organic food is firstly defined here, then the analysis and forecast of the situation and prospect of developing organic food are made, and finally some countermeasures are set forth in view of the present opportunity and challenge, which is for reference in theory and practice.
