摘　　要：以屠宰场猪的卵巢为材料来源 ,用卵母细胞的体外成熟培养液成功地培养了卵丘细胞。细胞培养可以与卵母细胞体外成熟同时进行 ,实验证明这是一种简便的卵丘细胞的体外培养方法。Cumulus cells were successfully cultured by using in vitro matured media of oocytes and the porcine ovaries from a slaughterhouse. The culture of cumulus cells and the in vitro maturation of porcine oocytes can be carried out simultaneously. The experiments showed that it is a simple and convenient method of cumulus cells in vitro culture.
