烟用二醋酸纤维素丝束Φ54/350H纺丝系列技术研究及应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了通过 3年多系统的研究工作所取得的重要成果及其应用情况。经大量试验研究 ,开发了楔状二次导流槽喷丝孔结构的Φ 5 4 / 35 0 H喷丝帽 ,替代原来从美国引进的一次导流结构的Φ 5 4 / 2 5 0 H的喷丝帽 ;创造了低 WOFA运行的恒流量恒压差浆液过滤模式及醋纤丝束高温闪蒸纺丝工艺 ,使新工艺条件下的纺丝断头率从 0 .6 5下降到 0 .35 ;研发了 8.0 cc高黏度计量泵和 YH0 2型卷曲机 ,使产出丝束加工成同规格滤棒吸阻的 SD从 8.4 6下降到 7.70 ;在行业内创造性地应用和建立了 PCS7及丝束管控一体化系统 ,提高了生产工艺和质量控制的自动化水平。成果应用后 ,增强了国内烟用丝束的综合竞争力 ,使丝束生产能力提高 2 0 .7% ,低旦丝束生产能力提高 3.92倍 ,为卷烟企业降焦减害提供了更多的丝束选择范围。Important achievements after more than three years' systematic research and application were discribed. The Φ54/350H jets with spinning holes of wedge-type secondary flow-guide slot structure was developed through repeated tests and researches, replacing the original Φ54/250H jets with spinning holes of primary flow-guide structure imported from the United States. The high-temparature flash spinning process for cellulose acetate tow and the filtration mode of constant flow rate, constant pressure differential and low WOFA operation were created, thus lowering the ends out rate in the new process condition from the previous 0.65 to the current 0.35. The 8.0cc high viscosity metering pump and the model YH02 crimper were developed, thus lowering the pressure drop SD of the same size filter rod made from the tow from the previous 8.46 to the current 7.80. The PCS7 system and an integral system for management and control of tow were creatively used and set up within the industry, bringing up the automation level for the production process and quality control. Since the application of these achievements, the general strength of the domestically-made cigarette filter tow has been promoted thanks to the increase of the tow production capacity by 20.7% and the increase of low denier tow production capacity by 3.92 folds, thus providing the cigarette factories with more choices of tow for the purpose of lowering tar content and minimizing harmful component.
