摘 要:鸡球虫病是严重危害养禽业的重要寄生虫病之一 ,长期以来对其防治主要依靠药物 ,并发挥了一定的积极效果。近年来因耐药虫株不断出现 ,尤其是药物残留对环境的污染及其对人类健康的威胁等一系列问题日益突出。因此 ,寻找防治球虫病的新方法是广大学者关注的焦点。在众多防治本病的措施中 ,免疫学方法因其安全、有效、无毒副作用等特点 ,倍受人们的青睐。但该方法目前仍然存在许多尚未阐明和有待解决的问题。文章对近年来鸡球虫病细胞免疫和体液免疫等方面的研究进展作了较全面系统的阐述 。Chicken coccidiosis, one of the important parasitoses,severely endangers poultry industry. For many years, prophylactic use of anticoccidial drugs has been the primary means of controlling coccidiosis and has played a major role in this industry. However, a series of problems of the emergence of drug resistance of Eimeria species, especially environmental pollution and the threat to human health caused by chemical residues are remarkably increasing. Therefore, seeking alternative measures of controlling coccidiosis is now a hotspot. In many strategies of preventing and curing this disease, the method of immunology is favored because of its properties of safety, efficiency, non-toxic and side effect. However, there presently have been some problems expected to be resolved. The recent advances in research of cellular and humoral immunity of Chicken coccidiosis were described in this review, in order to provide important scientific basis for the controlling of coccidiosis.
