摘 要:对拉曼散射的耦合方程进行推导,得到不同泵浦光对拉曼增益贡献的表达式,改进了波长和功率两步优化的遗传算法.对波长的优化不考虑信号光之间的泵浦作用,大大减少了优化参数,对功率的优化则把忽略的信号光之间的泵浦作用考虑进去.构造了体现特定高增益和宽带平坦的适应度函数.分析了遗传算法的种群大小和选择方式.最后优化得到了使用8个泵浦波长,增益波动小于1dB的高增益(20dB)宽带(80nm)拉曼放大器.The gain expression of a Raman amplifier pumped with multiple laser diodes (LDs) was derived from the coupled equations of the Raman scattering. To accelerate optimization of the wavelengths and powers of the pumping LDs, a genetic algorithm was applied in two steps. When optimizing the wavelengths of the pumping LDs, interaction between the signals were ignored; but the interaction between the signals was considered when optimizing the powers of the pumping lights. The appropriate choice of the fitness for the high and flat gain in a broad band was discussed. As an example, a Raman amplifier with flat (< 1 dB) and high gain (20 dB) in a broad band (80 nm) was designed.
