摘  要:以新型的硅桥联过渡金属——稀土异核茂金属化合物[(C5H5)MCl2][(C5H4)SiMe2(C5H4)][(C5H5)SmCl][M=Ti(1),Zr(2)]为催化剂,经MAO(Methylaluminoxane)活化,催化乙烯聚合.考察了催化剂物质的量浓度、[Al]/[Cat]摩尔比、温度、聚合时间对聚合性能的影响.结果表明,与相应的单核茂金属相比,异核催化体系的催化活性较低,所得聚乙烯的相对分子质量、熔点和结晶度也有所降低.Two new hetro-dinuclear metallocene catalyst systems of [(C5H5)MCl2] (C5H4)SiMe5 (C5H4)] [(C5H5)SmCl] [M=Ti(D, Zr(2)] activated by MAO were used for the polymerization of ethylene. The affections of catalyst concentration, molar ratio of [Al]/[Cat], temperature and time on polymerization were studied in detail. The results show that the catalytic activity of dinuclear catalysts is lower than the corresponding mononuclear metallocene, and the molecular weight, melt point and crystallinity of polyethylene produced are somewhat decrease.
