摘 要:提出一种新型基于幅相控制方式的零电压软开关三相PWM变流器的拓扑结构及其控制策略。给出了此软开关PWM变流器谐振期间的等效电路、工作条件、控制信号及动作波形,通过与三角载波的比较,说明了所采用的正负斜率交替的锯齿载波控制方式及其优点,提出了一种相量调节方式并建立了低频数学模型,介绍了控制系统结构及其工作原理。实验结果证明,系统的结构和控制都较为简便,在整流和逆变状态下,能够实现零电压开关动作和满足单位功率因数要求,电流波形的谐波含量非常小,达到了抑制电磁干扰和谐波污染的目的。Based on phase and amplitude control (PAC) a novel three-phase zero-voltage soft-switching (ZVS) PWM converter is presented. Equivalent circuit, operating conditions, control signals, and action waveforms are illustrated in resonance period of the ZVS converter. By comparison, the modulation method adopted saw-tooth carrier with alternative positive and negative slopes, has many advantages over that of the conventional triangular carrier. A phasor adjusting method is proposed and the low-frequency math model of system is built. The configuration of control system and its operational principle are introduced. Experimental study with a 0.75kW device shows that in both rectifying and regenerating modes,the system can realize ZVS control and unity power factor and provide sinusoidal line currents, so it can achieve the aim of restraining electromagnetic interference (EMI) and harmonic pollution.
