摘　　要：主要介绍基于参数估计的电器产品可靠性试验数据融合技术,论述了该技术在电器产品可靠性试验数据处理中的应用。按照参数估计理论,对一致性数据进行融合,得到接近于真值的准确估计。The data fusing technology of electrical apparatus' s reliability testing was introduced which based on parameter estimation, and an important application in data disposing of electrical apparatus' s reliability testing was expatiated. According to the parameter estimation, the consistent data was fused, the accurate estimation closed to the real numerical value was achieved.
