摘　　要：艺术体操运动员在转体过程中要保持身体平衡就要调整身体姿态,尽可能地使人体转动轴始终通过人体总重心且垂直于支撑面。我们根据这一原理,研制了不稳定平衡旋转训练仪。它采用机械的手段,给运动员提供了一个更加不稳定平衡的转体环境,可以提高运动员在转体过程中维持身体平衡的能力。In order to keep the balance of human body,eurythmics sportsman must adjust posture of human body to make the axis of rotation go through the location of gravity center of human body,and the perpendicular to sustain area.By this principle we developed a training equipment of non-stabilized equilibrium.By use of mechanical method,it may provide a more non-stabilized equilibrium condition to improve the ability of keeping body balance in the rotation.
