摘 要: 采用原子吸收光谱法测定了人工圈养秦岭大熊猫的2种主食竹种——淡竹(Phyllostachysglauca)和箬竹(Indocalamuslongiauritris)中Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,K,Mg等7种元素的含量。结果显示,淡竹不同部位各元素含量无明显差别,2年生淡竹的元素含量较1年生有所增加;无论是淡竹还是箬竹,叶和笋中除Cu元素外,其余元素含量均高于枝和秆中,箬竹中Mn含量较淡竹明显增高,为淡竹的31.2倍,其余6种元素含量在两竹种中差别不大。The atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine seven elements' content (Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,K and Mg) in two major species of bamboos-Phyllostachys glauca and Indocalamus longiauritris which were fed to the captive Qinling giant panda.The results indicated that the element content in different trunk positions (top,middle and bottom) of Phyllostachys glauca had little difference,and almost all of element contents increased with ages of Phyllostachys glauca.In both species of bamboo,contents of seven elements in leaves and shoots were higher than those in branches and stems,and there was a similar tendency in different elements except the content of Mn in Indocalamus longiauritris,which was (31.2) times higher than that in Phyllostachys glauca.
