Dura-Guard应用于去骨瓣减压术临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨在去骨瓣减压术中应用Dura -Guard行硬脑膜减张修补的临床意义。方法　对 6 8例重型颅脑损伤病人分为硬脑膜修补组和硬脑膜开放组进行了临床观察 ,其中硬脑膜修补组均采用Dura -Guard行硬脑膜减张修补。结果　两组临床预后无差异 ,硬脑膜修补组并发症 :分流依赖性脑积水、硬膜下积液、伤口脑脊液漏的发生率明显低于硬脑膜开放组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　去骨瓣减压术时以Dura -Guard减张修补硬脑膜减少了术后并发症 ,有利于康复 。Objective:To investigate the clinical sigificance of decompressive craniectomy on using of Dura-Guard in dura relaxation repair.Methods: The 68 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were divided into dura-repairing and dura-opening groups and underwenta clinical observation, Dura-Guards were used for all patients in dura-repairing goup during dura relaxation repair.Results: The progmsises of the two groups were no different. The complications of the dura-repairing goup, the incidence of the shum-dependent hydrocephalus, subdural effusion,the leakage of the cerebrospinal fluid ,were much lower than those of the opening group( P <0.05).Conclusions:The use of Dura-Guard for the dura relaxation repair in decompressive craniectomy rednces the postoperative complications,and is helpful for the recuperation and worthy of widespread use in the clinicalpractice.
