摘　　要：通过抽样调查 ,对 5a来国有森工企业实施天然林资源保护工程带来的社会经济效益进行了客观地评价分析 ,在对天保工程后期实施情况进行展望的基础上 ,提出了进一步完善天然林资源保护工程的政策措施。Through the sampling investigation on the recent five years’Natural Forest Protection Program (NFPP) in state-owned forestry enterprises, its social-economic benefits are evaluated and analyzed. On the basis of the prospects on the late period of NFPP, the further policy measures to improve the NFPP are put forward.
