摘 要:对转抗盐碱基因 (mtl-D基因 )八里庄杨进行了大田释放造林试验 ,调查结果表明 :转基因杨比对照八里庄杨的造林成活率明显提高 ,在 0 .3%~ 0 .4 %土壤盐化范围内提高 0 .7倍 ;林木生长量显著增大 ,树体健壮 ,耐盐能力增强 ;经多点统计分析 ,转基因杨的田间耐盐极限为土壤含盐量 0 .4 3% ,可在中度盐碱地上正常生长。经大田试验林采样PCR检测 ,转化基因遗传性稳定 ,目前尚无基因丢失或沉默现象。Field release afforestation test of saline resistant transgenic (mt1-D Gene) Populus×xiaozhannica cv.“Balizhuangyang”(Balizhuangyang poplar) was carried out. The results showed that the survival rate of the saline resistant transgenic Balizhuangyang poplar trees was significant higher than that of the control, namely the survival rate of the former is 0.8 times as much as that of the latter within the range of 0.3%~0.4% of soil saline. Balizhuangyang poplar trees also had higher increment, stronger growth vigor and greater saline tolerance than the control. According to multi-points statistic analysis, the upper limit of salt tolerance of the transgenic in field was 4.3 gkg of soil saline content, namely the saline resistant transgenic Balizhuangyang poplar trees could normally grow in mid-saline soil. By PCR test of the samples of transgenic poplar trees from the test field, the transferred gene was stable and so far no case of gene loss happened.
