摘　　要：社会保险基金是社会保险的物质基础 ,社会保险基金监管制度是社会保险基金的“免疫系统”。文章从强化立法监督、整合行政监管、重视专门监管、丰富监督手段、拓宽监督渠道、建立预警机制、完善信息监管等方面 ,对我国社会保险基金监管制度的完善和创新进行了系统全面的分析和论证。Social insurance fund is the material base to social insurance,and its supervision is the important sector of social insurance fund. The legal institutions' design and arrangement of its supervision is the major part of the social insurance legal institutions' design. This issue examines systematically legal institutions' improvement and creation in China.
