摘　　要：黄淮海平原农业生产在我国一直占有重要地位,通过对该平原农业态势及其结构中存在问题的分析可知农业结构调整是解决农业持续发展的关键;理论上拟定了农业结构调整的原则,研究了结构调整的4大重点:种植业结构调整、农业结构调整、农村产业结构调整及以城市为中心的都市农业结构调整;以曲周模式、禹城模式、睢宁模式及环渤海模式等典型模式为例实证了结构调整对该平原农业发展的巨大贡献,以期为黄淮海平原农业乃至全国农业未来发展提供理论与实践依据。The agricultural in Huang-Huai-Hai plain plays an important role in China. The agriculture structure adjustment is a key point of sustainable agricultural by the analyzing of agricultural situation in this area. The basic principle for structure adjustment is set forth. The four emphases are planting structure adjusting, agricultural structural adjusting, industrial structural adjusting and urban agricultural adjusting. The function of agricultural adjusting has been proved through the Quzhou Model, Yucheng Model, Suining Model and Bohai Rim Model. This paper tries to give the theoretic and practical bases for the development of agricultural in this area and China.
