摘　　要：热特性参数是饲料加工过程研究中必不可少的参数。为了解决目前颗粒饲料热物性参数研究缺乏的问题,该文以6种典型的颗粒饲料为对象,利用混合法对其比热做了初步的测定研究,得出了颗粒饲料比热关于含水率和温度的二元数学模型。这些模型的建立将为饲料领域的相关研究提供参考。Thermal properties parameters are indispensable in study of feed processing. By using mixing technique in a heat capacity measuring apparatus, heat capacities of six typical kinds of pellet feed are determined, which intends to solve the shortage of these parameters. Based on the trial data, the corresponding mathematical regression equations about heat capacity to the moisture content and temperature are attained. As a reference, these models may help to related study in feed field.
