摘　　要：通过对湖南省内各高校高水平运动队的建设和管理的研究 ,调查访问专家教授、优秀教练员 ,根据长沙大学高水平运动队成功构建的实例 。By studying the construction and management of teams of high level in Hunan's colleges and universities, researching and interviewing experts, professors, excellent coaches, as well as based on the example of successful construction in Changsha University, the author has discussed a mode constructing and managing the teams of high level at colleges by using it self condition.
