手外伤流行病学描述性研究

摘　　要：目的通过对本院就诊的手外伤患者的流行病学调查了解本行政区手外伤病例的构成、发病特点和社会影响及意义。方法对2001年7月～2002年6月,在本院就诊的2664例急诊和住院手外伤患者进行问卷调查,作描述性研究分析。结果手外伤患者占本院同期就诊患者的3.56‰,以男性20～40岁青年居多,工伤占76.0%,开放性损伤占95.3%,手指损伤占74.2%,工伤患者中私营企业员工占68.0%。结论本组手外伤患者以男性青年为主,主要是私营企业的员工,与机器设备差、无安全保护措施、无熟练专业技能、劳动强度大等因素有关,手外伤对个人和社会造成很大损失,应加强对私营企业的安全生产监管,积极预防手外伤的发生。Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of han d injuries and the sociological impacts of the injury. Methods 2664 patients wit h hand injuries who were treated from July 2001 to June 2002 in Nanshan People H ospital were asked to answer a questionnaire. On the basis of the survey, a desc riptive analysis was made.Results The hand injury patients accounted for 3.56% of all the patients who sought medical treatment in the hospital. The majority of the victims were male young adults between 20 to 40 years old. 76.0% of th e cases were caused by industrial accidents. Open injuries accounted for 95.3%. The digits were injured in 74.2% of the cases. 68.0% of the victims of the industrial accidents were employees of private enterprises. Conclusions From the composition of the victim population, it can be concluded that the major causes are related to poor equipments, lack of labor protection, poor professional ski lls and great labor stress. Hand injuries have resulted in great loss to both in dividuals and the society. Supervision of the production safety measures in priv ate enterprises should be strengthened so as to prevent hand injuries.
