摘　　要：目的研究SF椎弓根内固定系统在治疗腰椎滑脱症中的疗效。方法对68例腰椎滑脱症患者行SF椎弓根内固定器固定加植骨融合术,对其复位效果、植骨融合率及临床疗效进行评价。结果68例获平均36个月的随访,复位率95.6%,植骨融合率97.1%,临床优良率94.1%。结论SF椎弓根内固定器操作简单,复位效果好,固定牢靠,适用于腰椎滑脱症的治疗。Objective To evaluate the effects of SF pedicle screw system i n the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 68 patients with lumbar spo ndylolisthesis were treated with SF pedicle screw system and fusion. The results of reduction, rates of fusion, and clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results 68 patients were followed up for 36 months on average. The rate of reduction was 9 5.6%, the rate of fusion was 97.1%, and the rate of excellent and good clinica l results was 94.1%. Conclusion SF pedicle screw system is a good spinal fixati on system for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis, due to its strong fixat ion and simplicity.
