摘　　要：介绍了一种非接触式 PLC 控制的直流电机料面探测装置,利用 VDMOS 管实现其主电路控制。实验证明,该装置性能稳定,可靠性高。The paper introduces a non-contact type PLC controlled DC motor material surface detector,where, VDMOS tube is adopted to realize control of its main circuit.Experiment proves the unit is possessed of stable performance and high reliability.
