珠海香埠路商业步行街区规划整合初探

摘　　要：曾经繁荣的珠海传统商业中心——香埠路商业街区正渐渐式微。如何重拾其昔日的风采并将其更新为市民喜闻乐见的舒适、休闲、旅游、购物的步行场所,从香埠路的起源和现状、依山傍海等优势及现存问题等多方面进行了分析,明确了改造更新目标,制定了该街区改造更新的总体构思及规划设想,确定了改造更新的初步方案及实施步骤。The Business Pedestrian District in Xiangbu Road is coming to decline little by little which was once the prosperous traditional business center in Zhuhai. The article discusses how to increase the vitality of the old Xiangbu Road Business Pedestrian District and renewal it to become the walking site, which meet the citizen demands of comfort, leisure, travel and shopping. Analyzing the several aspects such as the origin and actuality, the advantage of nearing mountain and sea and existing problem etc., the article defines the aims of reconstruction and renewal, constitutes the whole conceits and the programming assumption about reconstruction and renewal of this district and confirms the initial project and the actualizing approaches.
