摘 要:铝和铝盐有着广泛的应用。大量的实验表明,除了在污柒严重的情况外,一般不构成致突变、致癌变和致畸变的危害。铝和铝盐对植物有致突变作用;对多数动物的毒性及摄入的途径有关;对某些微生物也有致突变作用。通过动植物毒性研究表明,铝和铝盐影响体内钙磷的代谢,干扰骨架蛋白的聚合作用,抑制微管、微丝等骨架蛋白基因的复制,转录和表达。Aluminium and its salts,which are extensively used and generally regarded noncarc-ingenic,nonmutagenic or nonteratogenic hazard, expect those extremely high exposed to them.A1 and its salts are mutagenic to plants; the toxicity on animals is linked with the route of uptake, A1 can induce mutagenesis in certain microorganisms. The experiments with plants and animals in vitro and in vivo have showed that A1 an its salts can interfere with the metabolism of calcium and phosphate,and polymerization of cytoskeletal proteins,and inhibit the gene from transcripting,translating anp expressing of microtuble and microflament.
