摘　　要：简要介绍了热熔法制备大丝束炭纤维(60K)预浸料的工艺过程,并着重对影响预浸料质量的几个主要因素进 行了讨论,结果表明,严格控制预浸温度、纤维张力、预浸压力和运行速度等因素是保证大丝束炭纤维充分展开和浸 润的技术关键。The manufacture process of large tow carbon fibre (60 K) prepreg with hot-melt method is briefly introduced. Several typical factors, which affect the quality of the prepreg, are also discussed. The conclusion is made that the impregnating temperature, fibre tension, pressure and line speed should be controlled strictly in order to make the 60 K carbon fibre spreading and wetted very well.
