摘  要:用高温金相显微镜连续观察了 6 5钢奥氏体晶粒的长大过程及高温奥氏体孪晶的形成 ,分析了该钢试样加热及冷却后的室温组织 ,并用剥层分析法阐明了试样表层的脱碳现象。在冷却过程中没有看到先共析铁素体和珠光体转变时的动态过程 ,但从未经浸蚀的室温组织的着色及位置、形态的不同 。By means of high temperature microscope to observe continuously the austenitic grain growth process of 65 steel specimen and its twin grain formation when heated.After heated and cooled,its structures at room temperature are also studied.The surface decarbonriging of this specimen is determined by the surface layer stripping method.The dyramic process of the proeutectic ferrite and the pearlile transformation are not observed in the course of cooling.But from different color,situation and form of structures on the polished surface of the specimen at room temperature,the place of nucleus forming and its growth characteristics of ferrite and pearlite are also discussed.
