摘  要:目的 观察调脂药辛伐他汀对大鼠肝脏抗氧化酶活性的影响及贵州产果柚汁、橙皮甙对辛伐他汀的协同作用。方法 将Wistar大鼠随机分为 :对照组、高脂血症模型组、辛伐他汀组、低剂量果柚汁 +辛伐他汀组、高剂量果柚汁 +辛伐他汀组、低剂量橙皮甙 +辛伐他汀组、高剂量橙皮甙 +辛伐他汀组。除对照组外 ,其余各组均饲喂高脂饮食 ,各实验组按 5mg/kg辛伐他汀灌胃 ,并分别加用不同剂量的果柚汁或橙皮甙。实验 8wk后 ,检测各组大鼠肝脏抗氧化指标的变化。结果 辛伐他汀显著增强高脂血症大鼠肝脏抗氧化酶SOD、GSH Px、CAT活性及使GSH含量升高 ,降低肝组织MDA含量。贵州产果柚汁、橙皮甙能使辛伐他汀的上述作用进一步增强。结论 辛伐他汀有增强肝脏抗氧化酶活性的作用 ,贵州产果柚汁。Objective To study the influences of simvastatin on the anti oxidation enzyme activity and the cooperative effect of grapefruit juice and hesperidin to simvastatin. Methods Wistar rats were divided randomly into seven groups: control group;model group; simvastatin group(SV group);low dose grapefruit juice +SV group(LDGS group);high dose grapefruit juice +SV group(HDGS group);low dose hesperidin +SV group(LDHS group) and high dose hesperidin +SV group(HDHS group).The control group was fed with a normal diet. The model group was fed with high cholesteroldiet. Other groups diet contained high lipid , 5mg/kg SV and different doses of grapefruit juice or hesperidin. After 8 weeks, the anti oxidation enzyme activity in the liver was tested in each group. Results SV can obviously enhance the anti oxidation enzyme activity of SOD、GSH Px、CAT, increase the level of GSH and decrease the level of MDA. Conclusions The grapefruit juice and hesperidin could enhance the effect on anti oxidation of SV.
