摘　　要：本文通过介绍英国大伦敦规划草案中的环境战略,探讨如何协调城市发展与环境保护之间的矛盾,为国内城市环境战略政策的制定提供借鉴和参考。伦敦环境战略涉及空气质量、生物多样性、废弃物处理、能源利用和环境噪声等5个方面。This paper explores how to harmonizethe contradiction between urban development and environment protection through the introduction of the environment strategy in the draft London plan. It expects to provide a reference to making the relevant policies to urban environment. The environment strategy involves air quality, biodiversity, waste management, energy and ambient noise.
