病脑清合剂对流行性腮腺炎合并脑膜脑炎血清淀粉酶的影响(附60例报告)

摘　　要：目的　 研究病脑清合剂对流行性腮腺炎合并脑膜脑炎血清淀粉酶 (AMS)的影响。方法　将 116例腮腺炎合并脑膜脑炎随机分为病脑清合剂组 (6 0例 )和病毒唑组 (5 6例 ) ,分别给予病脑清合剂及病毒唑治疗 ,监测两组患者的AMS复常时间。结果　 病脑清合剂组AMS复常时间为 (4.92± 0 .84 )d ,病毒唑组为 (5 .4 5± 1.0 5 )d ,两组之间有显著性差异 (t =2 .4 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　 病脑清合剂对流行性腮腺炎合并脑膜脑炎患者有显著疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effects of naobingqing mixture on the serum amylase in patients with mumps and meningocephalitis.Methods 116 cases of mumps and meningocephalitis were classified into 60 cases treated with naobingqing mixture and 56 cases treated with meningocephalitis.The recovery time of serum amylase in both groups was contrasted.Results The time of serum amylase recovery in the naobingqing group was (4.92±0.84) days,while the recovery time in the contrast group was (5.45±1.05) days (t=2.41,P<0.05).Conclusion Naobingqing mixture can be used to effectively treat mumps and meningocephalitis.
