超声引导注射凝血酶治疗假性动脉瘤研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨介入超声在假性动脉瘤非外科手术治疗中的临床实用价值。方法 :超声引导经皮穿刺假性动脉瘤囊腔内注射凝血酶封闭治疗。结果 :注射后假性动脉瘤囊腔内花色血流信号立即消失 ,取而代之者为凝血块等回声 ,出现“瀑布效应”,治愈率 10 0 % ,无严重并发症。结论 :介入超声治疗假性动脉瘤安全、有效、简便、易行 ,可以广泛推广应用。Objective:To find out clinical ut ility of interventional nonsurgical guided treatment for 15 cases with femoral p seudoaneurysms.Methods:Ultrasound-guided thrombin injection for the tre atment of postcatheterized pseudoaneurysms to seal pseudoaneurysm cavity. Results:There were no mosaic blood stream signals in pseudoaneury sm cavity after injection at once.and hyerechoic blood clots in the cavity named “waterfall effect” instead The cure rate of thrombin to seal pseudoaneurysm cavity was 100% and no severe complication was found.Conclusions: This method which is safe,useful,convenient,and easy to practise shou ld be widely appliable.
