腰椎椎板间隙的X线片测量及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨腰椎椎板间隙X线正位片测量的临床意义。方法 :随机抽取存档腰椎正位片 1167份 ,按年龄及性别分组 ,分别测量L3 4、L4 5、L5～S1椎板间隙高度及宽度和L3 、L4椎板下缘至同一椎体下缘的垂直距离。结果 :在1167份腰椎正位片 4个年龄区组中 ,L3 4、L4 5和L5～S13个椎板间隙均依次增大 ,L4椎板下缘至L4椎体下缘的距离比L3 椎板下缘至L3 椎体下缘的距离明显减小。结论 :腰椎板间隙X线正位片的精确测量对临床实施腰椎间盘切除术有重要的指导意义。Objective:To study the clinical significance of X ray measurement in lumbar laminae interval space. Methods:1167 normal X ray pictures with anteroposterior and taleral positions were selected randomly,divided into four groupes by age and sex,and measured the lengths and height of lumbar laminae interval space,the distance from the inferior edge of laminae to the laminae interval space.Results:In the four age groups of 1167 cases,laminae interval space of L 3 4 ,L 4 5 ,L 5 S 1, gets larger relevantly,the distance of the inferior edge of L 4 to L 4 5 laminae interval space is distinctively shorter than that of L 3 to L 3 4 .Conclusion:The precise measurement of lumbar laminae interval space would contribute to lumbar disceetomy.
