摘　　要：研究了Mn(Ⅱ)-二安替比林基-(对二甲氨基)苯基甲烷(DADM)-吐温-60体系光度法测V的各项条件。在选定条件下,DADM与V(V)反应生成红色产物,λmax为550nm,ε为4.46×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),V量在0～120ng/ml符合比耳定律。该体系有一定选择性,稳定时间长,用于某些矿石和钢铁样品中痕量V的测定,获得较满意的结果。A new method was studied for the determination of trace vanadium(V) by spectrophotometry. In the presence of Tween 60 and manganese(II), V(V)reacts with diantipyryl-(p-dimethylamino)-phenylmethane (DADM) to form a red product in phosphoric acid medium. Maximum absorbance of the product is at 550 nm with molar absorptivity of 4.46 × 105 L-mol-1-cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0-120 ng/ml. The method has been applied to determining trace V(V) in some geological and metallurgical samples.
