摘　　要：患者男,67岁。双侧小腿反复出现红斑、结节3个月,伴疼痛1个月。血淀粉酶5078.2U/L,尿淀粉酶47217U/L。腹部CT检查示慢性胰腺炎。皮肤组织病理检查示皮下脂肪坏死。诊断为胰腺性脂膜炎。A case of pancreatic panniculitis is reported. The patient; a 67-year-old male; suffering from the recurrent erythema and nodules for 3 months and pain for 1 month on his legs; was admitted to our department. He was diagnosed as pancreatic panniculitis after examinations such as skin biopsy; abdominal CT; amylase assay of serum and urine. Then the patient was transferred to the department of hepatobiliary surgery.
