下肢牵引复位架的研制与临床应用

摘　　要：根据下肢骨折的特点和复位内固定要求 ,作者设计和制作了一套可以与国产手术床连接的下肢牵引复位架。临床用于治疗 6 8例各种下肢骨折 ,均获得良好的复位和内固定效果 ,2年后复查 ,骨折处骨性愈合 ,无内固定折断情况。该牵引复位架成本低 ,可与手术床配套使用 ,缩短了复位和手术所需的时间 。According to the features characteristics of lower extremity fractures and the demands of internal fixation, a brace was designed to connect the general operational table easily. 68 cases of lower extremity fractures were operated with the internal fixation by applying the brace. All cases got good reduction, stable fixation with the internal devices, and got bone union during 2 year follow up. The stretch and reduction brace has the advantages of low cost, easy fabrication, convenient operation, quick reduction and minimal injury for lower extremity fractures.
