改善我国住宅声环境

摘　　要：文章分析了影响住宅声与振动环境的主要因素;综述了相关的环境保护和建筑设计标准、规范;介绍了增强住宅围护结构隔声能力以及减少交通噪声干扰、高层住宅楼内建筑设备噪声与振动影响的措施,提出了今后在改善住宅声与振动环境方面应着重注意与研究的几个问题。This article makes analysis of the main factorsaffecting the acoustic and vibrant surroundings of house, sum-marizes the standards and codes related to environmental pro-tection and building design. It gives introduction to the mea-sures of heightening acoustical isolation property of exteriorprotected construction and decreasing building equipmentnoise and vibration. The author brings forward some issues ofimproving acoustic and vibrant surroundings of house, whichis worth studying in the future.
