摘　　要：目的 :探讨并论述异体与自体输血对患者免疫功能的影响及意义。方法 :阅读关于异体与自体输血对患者免疫功能的影响方面的文献 ,进行总结。结果 :输血免疫研究对手术患者的愈后及疾病治疗的创新都将有重要的理论与实用价值。结论 :自体输血代替异体输血 ,从免疫学角度看优势很多 。Objective:To inquire and expound the effect of allogeneic or autologous blood transfusion on immune function and its clinical significance.Method:Reading the literatures about allogeneic or autologous blood transfusion,then summarizing them.Result:The research of blood immune has great value of theory and practice for prognosis and treatment of surgical patients.Conclusion:Autologous blood transfusion instead of allogeneic one has much immune advantage, and its influence on immune function is a focus of further research.
