外伤性胃破裂87例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的 :探讨外伤性胃破裂的诊治。方法 :回顾分析 87例外伤性胃破裂的临床资料 ,87例全部行手术治疗 ,其中 ,胃破裂修补术 85例 ,合并胃溃疡 2例 ,行胃大部分切除术。结果 :治愈 85例 ,病死 2例 ,病死率 2 .3%。结论 :外伤性胃破裂多见于腹部开放性损伤 ,常有合并伤。外科手术是主要治疗方式 ,以修补术为主。Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and the treatment of traumatic gastric rupture. Methods:The clinical data of 87 cases with traumatic gastric rupture treated by operation were analysed.They included 85 cases with prosthesis of gastric rupture and 2 cases with subtotal gastrectomy due to incorporated gastric ulcer. Results:85 patients recovered and 2 died. The mortality was 2.3%. Conclusion:Traumatic gastric rupture is offen caused by abdominal open injury and has associated injury. Surgical operation is the main treatment. Prosthesis is mostly adopted. The treatment of associated injury and complication must be noticed.
